In the following cases Grant Thornton's intervention as a statutory auditor, is legally required:

• contribution in kind and quasi contribution,
• conversion, mergers and split offs,
• removal of preferential duties,
• issuance of shares below residual value,
• issuance of warrants and convertible bonds,
• issuance of interim dividends,
• dissolution and liquidation.

In situations harbouring conflicting and diverging interests, we can act as an independent arbitrator. Also in financial economic cases Grant Thornton may act as an independent expert.
