The assessment system for legal structures was introduced in 2015. It soon acquired a nickname: the Cayman Tax. UBO-register: deadline postponed until 30 September!

As you probably already know, companies, non-profit organizations and foundations now have to register their ultimate beneficial owners in the UBO register.

Partly in view of a number of technical problems that were/are associated with the start-up of the UBO register, the deadline for registration, which was previously set at 31 March, has been postponed once again until 30 September 2019.
