You are warmly invited to participate in our seminars on Thursday 13 June 2024 (Dutch) where our experts Leslie Van den Branden, Michaël Schoonjans and Elke Verreet will give you a thorough Transfer Pricing (TP) 2024 update. After the session you will have the chance to ask questions and to network during lunch.

What to expect?

The Belgian tax authorities have recently launched a new wave of tax audits, while a new bundle of international tax measures is launched by the OECD and the EU which will have an impact on many Belgian companies that are part of a multinational group. In our GT Transfer Pricing (TP) seminar, we will focus on both aspects.

In a first part, we will share our recent experiences on TP audits whereby we will focus on the audit practices and positions that are often taken by the TP administration. Next to these valuable insights, we will provide some practical tips and tricks to prepare your company for any upcoming TP audit. Furthermore, we will discuss some interesting recent experiences we had in the conclusion of TP rulings and multilateral APAs.

In the second part, we will focus on the several new international tax rules and tax initiatives which have an impact on Belgian companies forming part of a multinational group, such as Pillar 1 (amount B), Pillar 2, BEFIT, Public CBC-R, etc.

Lastly, as the custom value of goods is often conflicting with their value for TP purposes, Kristof Van Ael (from Alongsight) will discuss the recent changes on the valuation rules for customs which might have an impact on your transfer pricing policy.
