Grow into your potential as a young graduate

At the start of your career, it’s essential to broaden your horizons and seize every opportunity. After all, you’re looking for a challenging role that stimulates your creativity, and you want to continue developing personally. You can count on us: we’ll give you all the space you need to do just that!

It’s not just a job …
As a junior in audit, accountancy, tax & legal or advisory we encourage you to gain your official IAB and/or IBR accreditation. With a mentor by your side, of course: an experienced colleague who is personally accredited as a business revisor, accountant or tax consultant.
Furthermore, we support your initiatives for personal development. Besides training on-the-job, you can attend all kinds of internal and external training courses. Along with your supervisor you choose the journeys that suit your development objectives and training plan.
…it’s a career path
Already curious to discover your development opportunities in the longer term? They are no secret! They depend on your performance plus your personal desires and rhythm. During coaching and performance reviews we regularly map out your growth competencies. These are the basis on which you determine your next challenges and development goals.

Learning and Development
At Grant Thornton, learning isn’t something that happens on the side: it’s part of who we are and a shared mindset. We learn because the world around us is changing rapidly, and so are our clients’ needs.
Stories of our young graduates
