Grant Thornton Belgium joins the integrated multinational platform of Grant Thornton Advisors

A strategic partnership focused on long-term growth and innovation

Grant Thornton Belgium, the audit, accountancy and advisory firm, today announces it will be joining the integrated multinational platform of Grant Thornton Advisors LLC (Grant Thornton Advisors). At the same time, Grant Thornton France and Grant Thornton Spain are also joining this rapidly expanding multinational platform.

Grant Thornton Advisors is supported by an investor group led by New Mountain Capital and initiated its multinational platform strategy in January 2025. Members of the platform also remain part of the Grant Thornton International network, which provides access to more than 150 markets around the globe.

The platform has pioneered a uniquely cohesive, multidisciplinary approach that delivers the highest quality cross-border services through a unified and independent audit and advisory practices.

A key role in the European ecosystem

Grant Thornton Belgium, with more than 250 professionals, is strategically located in Belgium, a critical hub of business and political decision-making in Europe.

The accession of Grant Thornton Belgium marks an important milestone: the Belgian firm has extensive expertise in cross-border assignments, mergers and acquisitions, audit, accountancy, tax and legal, and business advisory services. Through integration into the platform, Belgian clients will benefit from an even stronger international presence and gain access to an even more extensive array of industry expertise and innovative solutions. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks.
