BRUSSELS - Grant Thornton, the business adviser with expertise in audit, accountancy, tax & legal and advisory, appointed two new partners in the departments of Transaction Advisory Services and Audit & Assurance effective from 1 January 2019. Their appointment brings the total number of partners within the organisation to 28.

Aman is appointed Audit & Assurance partner within Grant Thornton, where he will contribute to the further expansion of the department.

Aman Kuderbux explains his ambition: “To conduct an effective and efficient audit, the most important key words are integrity, independence and objectivity. Only this way we can continue to guarantee the highest quality in our services, and as a result a high level of customer satisfaction”.

Mark Ernots continues: “I expect that our advisory services will undergo significant changes in the coming years due to technological evolutions in financial reporting. By means of data analytics and visual reporting we can offer our clients in-depth analyses and insights in a prompt manner.”

Koert Verbruggen, CEO Grant Thornton Belgium, concludes: “Our goal is and remains to provide pragmatic advice, tailored to our customers, and to ensure that our customers have a clear view of all risks and opportunities. With their significant expertise, both in the international segment and in medium-sized Belgian companies, Mark and Aman bring on board the necessary knowledge and experience to help us further expand our range of services. Our future growth is also dependent on the knowledge and expertise of our employees. The appointment of these young partners is therefore an essential factor for our continuity and expansion”.
