Job description
You work as part of a team of specialists on various sub-aspects of accounting and tax service provision. Your job involves the following, among other things:
- Supporting the dossier manager;
- Assisting clients, drawing up interim statements and (annual) reports for both Belgium medium-sized enterprises and for international clients;
- Assisting with the accounting of various sorts of companies, internal and/or external, drawing up VAT and tax returns and attending tax inspections;
- Building up expertise, providing advice and creating added value for the client.
Profile
- You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy-Taxation, a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Studies, Business Administration (option Accountancy & Auditing) or a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences (option Accountancy & Taxation).
- You have two to three years of relevant experience in an accountant’s firm.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch. You also have a very good knowledge of French and English.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and always strive to provide good customer service by adopting a results- and solutions-oriented approach.
- You have a passion for figures and are eager for knowledge.
- You are very curious and have the ability to learn quickly with a view to further development (IAB internship).
- You have structured expertise and are able to communicate well in your relations with clients and colleagues.
