Job description

Within Business Process Improvement, you are a ‘trusted adviser’ of clients. Grant Thornton stands for CLEARR values ‘Collaboration – Leadership – Excellence – Agility – Respect – Responsibility’.

Your first task is to listen to the client. Working with them, you define the goal and draw up a roadmap. You take the lead in the process from start to finish or support the manager with the implementation of the project.

You transform the business by redesigning existing business processes and/or making recommendations for improvement. This may involve financial, operational, automation or HR processes. Or any other process where you can provide added value. You always strive for ‘operational excellence’ for our clients and within Grant Thornton

Profile

• You have a Master’s degree in a subject relating to business economics.
• You have experience of Business Process Improvement
• You speak at least Dutch and English fluently.
• You are ambitious.
• You have management skills
