What to expect

2026 is the first year wherein companies will have to file the revised Belgian TP forms. During this seminar, we will take a closer look at the changes to the Belgian forms and offer practical guidance on how to begin gathering the newly required information and how to implement the changes in the existing transfer pricing documentation for financial years starting on or after 1 January 2025.

In recent audit cycles, the Belgian Transfer Pricing authorities have placed particular emphasis on financial transactions. As this topic is still often overlooked by Belgian companies, we will explain how to determine arm’s‑length interest rates and set up intercompany financial transactions that can be robustly defended during a TP audit.

Given the number of recent Belgian and EU cases addressing various transfer pricing aspects, we will walk you through the key practical insights and lessons learned from these developments.
